TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all competitions, prize draws, and giveaways (“Competitions”) promoted and operated by Champion Giveaways (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any Competition, you (“you”, “the entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Champion Giveaways are not eligible to enter.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of identity or age at any time.

Entry Rules

  • Entry methods will be outlined clearly on each Competition page.

  • No purchase is necessary unless stated; however, paid entries may offer enhanced odds.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

  • The number of entries per person may be capped, depending on the specific Competition.

Draw and Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random using a computerised system or an independently verified method.

  • The draw will take place on or after the published closing date.

  • Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or social media within 7 working days.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

Prizes

  • Prizes are as described and non-transferable.

  • No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond our control require it.

  • Prizes will be dispatched or arranged for delivery/collection within 28 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

  • All entries are final. No refunds will be issued for paid entries, including in the event of disqualification or loss. Please refer to our No Refund Policy for more detail.

Disqualification
Champion Giveaways reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process.

  • Reject entries deemed abusive, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

  • Ban repeat offenders from future Competitions.

Liability

  • Champion Giveaways accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, network, or system issues.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from participating in a Competition or accepting a prize.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Publicity & Content Rights

  • By entering, you agree to the use of your name, likeness, and content (e.g., photos, social media posts) for marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation.

  • Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity and agree to have their name and/or image published.

Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the administration of the Competition unless explicit marketing consent is given.

  • All data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Changes and Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel a Competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability to entrants.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
